These Terms govern your use of Coeli, a Catholic prayer app for iOS and Android. By creating an account, starting a trial or using the app, you accept these Terms.
1. Service
Coeli provides tools for prayer and spiritual tracking: Holy Rosary, Divine Mercy Chaplet, Angelus, Regina Caeli, novenas, traditional prayers, saint of the day, streak tracking, statistics and prayer intentions.
2. Account
You need an account to use Coeli. You are responsible for keeping your password, devices and email access secure. You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscription and free trial
Coeli operates with a paid subscription after a 7-day free trial. Initial plans are: monthly at USD 2.99 per month and annual at USD 19.99 per year. Prices may be shown in local currency by the store.
The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. Cancellation is managed in the App Store or Google Play, not inside Coeli. You should cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period if you want to avoid renewal, subject to each store's rules.
4. Payments and refunds
In-app payments are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds, cancellations, taxes, receipts and payment disputes are governed by the policies of the App Store or Google Play, as applicable.
5. Acceptable conduct
You must not use Coeli for spam, fraud, technical attacks, illegal content, harassment, violation of third-party rights, attempts to access other accounts, or any use that degrades the service.
6. Intellectual property
Many liturgical texts and traditional prayers may belong to the public domain or ecclesial sources. The Coeli brand, design, selection, organization, code and original visual elements are owned by its owner or licensors.
7. Spiritual nature of the service
Coeli is a prayer support tool. It does not replace spiritual direction, pastoral accompaniment, psychological, medical, legal or any other professional advice.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Coeli available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend or remove features to improve the app, meet legal requirements or protect the service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coeli will not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of profits, interruptions, third-party errors or user decisions made based on use of the app.
10. Changes to these Terms
If we make material changes, we will seek to notify you 30 days in advance by email or inside the app. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country of residence.
